It Is All About The Trust

Every single day, a high quantity of people elevate high above the clouds, flying.  They bring a good amount of personal belongings and call that their luggage.  They expect to bring their luggage along with them and retrieve it when they arrive at their destination.  Sometimes, this is not the case.  As American Airlines has been proving, trust is not yet a definite factor in their businesses.  American Airlines has been having complaints about lost luggage more than they should be.  How could so many personal belongings go missing so frequently?!  There are accusations of theft, and with theft, trust is going to be lacked within customers, and with lack of trust comes lack of business.  Could American Airlines be seeing their final days of business?  If trust is what they desire, they need to pull themselves together and be the highly successful business they strive to be.  They need to be more organized and improve their system of check-ins and retrievals.  If such unnecessary instances of missing personal belongings continues at such a frequency, American Airlines will lose business; they will vanish and only be a part of history with an unfortunate legacy and hold negative recognition.

  1. Citation, please. Checking https://www.google.com/webhp?&q=%22american+airlines%22+baggage#q=%22american+airlines%22+baggage&tbm=nws doesn't show any particular uptick in recent baggage complaints.

And you spelled it "Airlunes" in the last sentence.

  2. As a person who fly's often the idea of someone stealing my luggage is always in the back of my head. I agree with the fact that they should step up there security in the airports. I wish you included a way for them to do so, I think that that would have made this piece even stronger.

  3. It is a little chaotic when you try to receive your luggage after your flight. It is easy to steal someones luggage. Would you be writing a follow up blog on how to change this situation?
